A CLOSER LOOK
ClientsFlow helps independent professionals manage clients, projects, tasks and payments on Android. Core features use a local database without registration or a permanent internet connection.
The app separates estimates, agreed scope, extra work and actual receipts. Recurring charges support planning; closing a project preserves it in the archive. JSON backups can be saved through Android's file picker, including compatible Google Drive providers. ClientsFlow records payments you enter; it does not process bank payments or connect to bank accounts.
ClientsFlow / FAQ
The current app stores its database locally. Folder backups are separate from live multi-user synchronisation.
No. It records payment information and allocations; it does not charge cards or process bank payments.
Yes. Totals are shown separately by currency.
Closed projects stay in the archive and can be reopened. Deleted records disappear from normal lists but may remain in history and backups.
Select a folder through Android's system file picker. Availability depends on the provider installed on your device; this is not a direct Drive API connection.
